WORD SIGHT'S Bible Time-line follows the chronological system of Archbishop Usher. Usher's Chronology is highly respected and is the bases upon which a large majority of Histories are founded. While many dates, particularly those in antiquity are difficult to arrive at with certainty, Ushers Chronology enables us to obtain a correct outline of the sequence of events, and of the relation of one period to another. In the case of significant events the alternate date's of other Chronologies have been supplied.
