  1. Seven Beasts of Prophecy. Who are the seven?
    1. "There are also seven kings. Five have fallen, one is, and the other has not yet come. And when he comes, he must continue a short time." [Revelation 17:10]
      1. Lion - Babylon
      2. Bear - Medo Persia.
      3. Leopard - Greece.
      4. Dragon - Pagan Rome
      5. Nondescript Beast - Papal Rome
      6. Beast from bottomless pit. - Communism.
    2. Seventh beast who is it?
      1. Will continue a short time.
      2. Revelation 17:10
    3. The first beast of Revelation 13.
      1. Revelation 13, 1-2
      2. The beast would go into captivity. Revelation 13:10
      3. At the time of the French Revolution, Napoleon has come to power and knows that in order to control Europe he must overthrow the Papal Power. Napoleon's general, Berthier, marches into Roman and on February 15, 1798 takes the Pope prisoner. The brings the years of Papal Supremacy to an end.
  2. Rise of the two-horned beast, which represents the United States.
    1. As one beast is going into captivity, another beast is rising.

      2. History clearly reveals that the United States would be the power on the rise.

        4. Bill of Rights Adopted - 1791
    2. Beast coming up out of the earth.

        1. All other beasts came up out of the sea.

    3. Two horns like a lamb.
      1. Horns stand for powers [sometimes have crowns]
        1. Two principles this country was founded on, which are the secret to its power and prosperity.
        2. "In defense of our civil and religious rights, with the God of armies on our side, we fear not the hour of trial though the host of our enemies should cover the field like locusts, yet the sword of the Lord and Gideon shall prevail." [Josiah Quincy]
  3. Changing of Character from being lamb-like to speaking as a dragon. Revelation 13:11
    1. Lamb-like meant gentle or Christ-like
      1. 1 Peter 1:19
      2. Revelation 5:12
      3. Our Forefathers were Bible believing men.
    2. Rise and Fall of a Nation.

      2. Steps in the rise and fall of nations: Bondage, Spiritual Faith, Courage, Liberty, Abundance, Selfishness, Compliance, Apathy, Dependence, Bondage
    3. Speak as a Dragon or Superpower.

      3.
